Preservation of your existing asphalt surface starts by preventing water and debris from penetrating into the sub base through cracks in the asphalt. By sealing the cracks you can stop them from migrating and causing further damage. Managing and preventing the spread will slow the natural deterioration of the asphalt and prolong expensive repairs.

Our process involves thoroughly cleaning out the cracks with wire wheels, power brooms and compressed air. The cracks are then injected with a pressurized hot rubber sealant from our state of the art crack filling machine. This machine provides computer monitored digital temperature controls and a heated wand applicator to ensure constant material temperatures and an extremely neat application appearance.
